How long have you been a photographer for?
I started in at the beginning of 2024.
How far in advance should we book you?
ASAP! Once you know your date and are ready to lock in with us, let me know! Dates fill up fast and I want to make sure we can get you on the cal!
What are your payment terms and accepted forms of payment?
Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
Rescheduling (Standard): You may reschedule up to 7 days prior to your photoshoot. In this case, your deposit will transfer to the new date.
Late Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Special Events: For weddings and other special events, please refer to your specific contract or contact me directly for tailored deposit and cancellation terms.
Forms of payment currently are Zelle, Paypal, Venmo & Cash App.
If your booking is a special event and/or requires out of state travel, please review your contract for full guidelines.
How will final images be delivered & what is your turn around time?
Final images will be delivered via an online gallery & are usually delivered in 2-3 weeks for portraits, couples & families. Events are a longer turn around time which depends on the event type & amount of images, but will range from 2-10 weeks.
Additionally, I have an option to rush deliver images for an additional fee. Rush delivery will be 1 week for portraits, couples & families, but is not an option for special events at this time.
What are our usage rights?
You have full rights to use the images for social media, for prints and anything within that capacity. If you’re booking as a brand and wanting to use them for a website, you have full rights to do so as well as the rate reflects that usage. If you are looking to use them for any ads or marketing purposes, there will be a one time fee that can be discussed during your inquiry.
Do you provide any raw/unedited images?
No I do not. If you choose to add on the service of viewing the gallery & choosing your images, you will see them raw/unedited, but you are not allowed to use those images. RAW files are dull, flat, and oversized because they contain all the data needed for my specific editing process. They are a starting point, not a final product, and they don't reflect the final artistic vision.
Can we make any edits to your images?
No you cannot. The images you receive are not just snapshots; they are final works of art that represent my professional style. When you apply your own filters or edits, it changes the finished product & is no longer an accurate representation of my work. Allowing images that do not meet my quality standards to be posted undermines the artistic integrity of my entire portfolio. HOWEVER, if you receive images back and want something tweaked, don’t hesitate to ask!
Do you do any facetune/body tuning type of things during your editing process?
I always aim to capture and enhance natural beauty through professional editing techniques that maintain the authenticity of the image. I avoid using heavy app-style edits as I’m trying to provide high quality photos that truly represent you. I do edit any acne, scarring, or can smooth out any unwanted texture. Feel free to request anything additional and I can let you know if it’s something i’m comfortable with or not!
What is your policy on bringing a plus one to our shoot or having a plus one take any behind the scenes photos/video with their phone?
Both are absolutely welcome and allowed! I want you to feel comfortable! Please only bring one plus one at most as bringing too many people can become a distraction to the shoot.
